Neptune 1100

The Neptune 1100 is a self contained wheel wash system that is suitable for all wheeled commercial vehicles and trailers.  The Neptune 1100 is suitable for both permanent and temporary applications and contains a fully integrated water recycling and solid separation tank, electronic control panel, and scraper conveyer to evacuate the solids.  

 Neptune 2500 Series

The Neptune 2500 series is a versitile system that can be used in a portable/semi-permanent/permanent applications.  Made in America, they were designed with American truck traffic in mind.

Neptune 3400 Series

The Neptune 3400 is a three tire revolution for a permanent application.  The system consists of two each, one piece galvanized steel wash elements with internal water carrying channels, spray walls with integrated adjustable nozzles and tire guides, pumps, check valves and all piping controls.  The wheel wash system will run automatically and contains emergency shut off features.  The dimensions are 36' x 11' 4" x 5'

Neptune 3700 Series

Neptune Automated Wheel Wash Systems are configured to meet each customer’s site specific configurations. The Neptune 3700 (patent pending) pictured to the left is designed to accommodate high levels of production. The system is equipped with dual scraper conveyors to automatically evacuate the solids.

Neptune 3700 permanent 3 tire revolution wheel wash system with optional Electrical & Flocculent Control House. DES is available to assist with layout, design, topography work and tying the system into a new or existing road.
